Elise Philips

Elise Philips is a strategy and management consultant at Sia, beginning in September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a leadership trainee at Avertim, where a focus on translating client strategies into actionable projects took place. Elise also worked as a junior consultant at Flomics, contributing to market research and business planning for a startup in the oncology sector. Other roles included tutoring mathematics to high school students at School@home and interning in R&D at Aquafin NV, exploring wastewater reuse in agriculture. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Pharma and Biotechnology Management from EADA Business School and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, complemented by a bootcamp in Digital Analytics and AI at Le Wagon.
