Wagumba Esther

Wagumba Esther is an experienced management professional currently serving as the Manager of Crew Scheduling at Kenya Airways since September 2010, where responsibilities include efficient scheduling of personnel and resource utilization to enhance productivity while minimizing costs. Previous roles at Kenya Airways include Duty Manager Crew Scheduling and Cabin Crew Planner, focusing on crew tracking, regulatory compliance, and operational planning. Prior to Kenya Airways, Wagumba held positions in customer service and technical support at Waumini Sacco, T-Mobile USA, Countrywide Home Loan Inc, and Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Wagumba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership at the same institution, expected to be completed in December 2024.
