Ziporah Ithau PMP® is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, strategic leadership, and project management. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at Kenya Airways, Ziporah drives efficiency initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. As the Founder and CEO of Kahawia Pantyhose Enterprises, Ziporah has successfully achieved significant growth in client reach and sales. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at AIfluence Inc., Program Lead at Huntington Disease Africa, and various strategic positions at Kenya Airways, where Ziporah contributed to organizational improvements and managed high-level projects. Ziporah holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University.
