Alex Mboa

Alex Mboa has a diverse work experience background. In 2008, they began their career as a Trainee Engineer at Kenya Power & Lighting Ltd for two months. Alex then moved on to work as a Trainee Engineer at KENGEN in 2009 for a two-month period. In 2010, they joined EMS consultants as an Electrical Engineer until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Alex worked at Kenya Bureau of Standards as a Standards Officer and then later as a Senior Standards Officer until 2018. Alex was ultimately promoted to the role of Principal Standards Officer, where they managed the development of Renewable Energy, Energy Management, Switchgear, and Distribution equipment Standards.
