Laboratory and Metrology Team

The Laboratory and Metrology Team at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements and laboratory analyses across various sectors. This team conducts microbiological testing, manages and calibrates measurement standards, and provides technical assistance and training to maintain high-quality standards. They play a critical role in supporting the bureau’s objectives of product certification, consumer protection, and quality assurance processes.
