Christine Magu

Christine Magu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in statistics, research, and education coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Statistician and Environmental Accountant at the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics since October 2012, Christine is responsible for updating Statistical Abstract tables and indicators for various publications. Previously, as the Research and Training Coordinator at Liwa Kenya Trust, responsibilities included enhancing Industry-Academia linkages through collaboration with organizations such as the Kenya Private Sector Alliance and the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, along with conducting research and organizing training programs. Additional experiences include roles at Taiwan Trade Centre-Nairobi, ICL-Africa, Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd., and Longhorn Publishers Ltd. Christine holds a Master's degree in Economic and Policy Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from the University of Nairobi.
