Rodah Psiwa currently serves as a Seed/Plant Health Inspector at the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS) since July 2023, where responsibilities include conducting pest risk analysis, auditing facilities, inspecting imported and exported agricultural products, and engaging in training and compliance activities. Prior experience includes a role as an Area Support Assistant at Apollo Agriculture, focusing on warehousing and inventory management, and an internship at the Public Service Commission of Kenya, where tree nursery management and farmer training were key tasks. Earlier internships at KEPHIS involved plant health checks and soil analysis, while an attachment at Bukura Agricultural College provided foundational experience in livestock and crop management. Rodah Psiwa holds an MSc in Integrated Soil Fertility Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Resource Management, both from Kenyatta University.
