Fredrick Otieno Oyugi

CPA Fredrick Otieno Oyugi has over 25 years of extensive experience in finance, auditing, and risk management. Since July 1997, Fredrick has served as the General Manager of Internal Audit & Risk Assurance at Kenya Ports Authority, where responsibilities include managing the internal audit function and overseeing financial reconciliations for the Standard Gauge Railway. Fredrick also contributes as a part-time lecturer in accounting, auditing, and finance at the University of Nairobi and holds the position of Senior Partner at Fredrick & Partners Certified Public Accountants, providing various consultancy services. Additional leadership experience includes serving as the former chairman of the Board Finance Committee for the Port Management Association of Eastern & Southern Africa, with earlier career roles as assistant accountant and audit assistant. Fredrick possesses advanced qualifications with an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bombay.
