Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA)
Dr. Ehud Gachugu, PhD., HSC has held various leadership roles in organizations focusing on youth employment and empowerment in Kenya. Currently, Dr. Gachugu serves as the Director of the Ajira Digital Project and Youth Employment at the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA). Prior to this, Dr. Ehud worked at RTI International as the Deputy Chief of Party/Senior Technical Advisor for the Kenya Youth Employment and Skills Program. With a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, Dr. Gachugu has been instrumental in driving initiatives that aim to improve the livelihoods of young people in Kenya.
