Norbert Ondenge

Norbert Ondenge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, service delivery, and procurement. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Service Delivery at Kenya Revenue Authority since May 2017, Norbert previously held the position of Project Procurement Manager at Huawei Technologies from January 2015 to April 2017, and worked as a Projects Manager at Alcatel-Lucent from January 2009 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, Norbert gained experience as a Field Engineer at Safaricom from July 2006 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from Moi University, CPA from Strathmore University, and a CIPS qualification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
