Doug Misarti

Doug Misarti currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director and Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Kenyon College since July 2007. Misarti has earned notable accolades, including North Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2022, 2016, and 2012, and has led teams to NCAA Tournament appearances in 2023, 2012, and 2008. Under Misarti's leadership, the team achieved a program-record 15 wins in 2023 and secured multiple conference titles. Additionally, Misarti has extensive committee involvement, including roles with the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Rules Committee and the IMLCA DIII Advisory Committee. Prior to Kenyon, Misarti was an Associate Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2007, where the team consistently ranked in the USILA Division III Coaches’ Poll and won multiple conference championships. Misarti holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Instructional Leadership from Centenary College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drew University.
