Howard Grier has extensive work experience in marketing and consumer engagement. Howard started their career in 2001 at Hearst, where they held various positions such as Associate Publisher/Marketing for Redbook and Seventeen. In these roles, they led teams and supervised the execution of cross-platform marketing programs. Howard also played a significant role in the relaunch of Seventeen after Hearst's acquisition. From 2015 to 2017, Grier served as the Executive Director/Integrated Marketing for The Good Life, where they led a team of marketers, graphic artists, and data analysts. In this role, they were responsible for ideating, executing, and evaluating cross-platform programs. Most recently, Grier worked as the Director of Campus Events at Kenyon College, starting in 2019. Overall, Grier has a strong background in marketing, partnership negotiation, and strategic leadership.
