Clive de Villiers

Clive De Villiers is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying and project management, currently serving as the Managing Director for Elite QS Services in association with TAS + Partners, focusing on the Northern Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain, since 2024. Prior to this role, Clive was the Managing Director at C-Quest from March 1996 to September 2023, where responsibilities included business development and overseeing quantity surveying operations across the GCC, encompassing budgeting, value engineering, life cycle costing, and infrastructure planning. Clive's extensive experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at various companies from 1985 to 1996. Clive holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
