Niall Hughes

Niall Hughes, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition for the Middle East and Europe at KEO International Consultants, starting in August 2021. Under this role, achievements include winning the Gold Medal for Best Use of Social Media to Attract & Hire Talent in the 2025 Employee Happiness Awards, ranking in the top 25% of LinkedIn Recruiter Teams for 2024, and receiving the Best Talent Acquisition Team award in the MENA region at the LinkedIn Talent Awards in 2021. Prior to this, Niall held various positions at PwC, including Head of Experienced Hire Recruitment in Ireland and Regional Recruitment & Global Mobility Manager for the Middle East. Niall also has a background in recruitment at Morgan McKinley, focusing on construction and accounting sectors, and began the career as Regional Sales Manager at Front Row Marketing. Niall holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a BSc in Business Management specializing in Economics from Technological University Dublin.
