ANDRES ROSSO

Andres Rosso has over 14 years of work experience in various technology roles. ANDRES is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at KEO World since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Ph.D. Graduate Student at Universidad Nacional de Colombia from January 2016 to April 2021, where they focused on building machine learning and deep learning models for biomedical domain information retrieval tasks.

Before their Ph.D., Andres worked as a Product Architect at Easy Solutions Inc from September 2015 to March 2016. ANDRES also served as the CTO Co-Founder at Votum SAS from April 2014 to September 2015. In addition, they worked as the Director of Development at Experian from November 2010 to April 2014.

Andres has also held technical leadership roles at NETinfo PLC from November 2009 to October 2010 and at Assist Consultores de Sistemas S.A. from April 2007 to August 2008.

Throughout their career, Andres has demonstrated expertise in technology management, product architecture, and machine learning.

Andres Rosso has an extensive education history in the field of computer science and engineering. ANDRES obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from 1999 to 2006. ANDRES then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.

Following their master's degree, Andres Rosso pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Applied Mathematics from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. ANDRES then continued their academic journey by enrolling in the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from 2016 to 2021.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andres Rosso has obtained several certifications. ANDRES is a Certified Data Scientist (Master) from ICCP, which they obtained in March of 2023. ANDRES also holds certifications as an IBM Certified Associate Developer and an IBM Certified SOA Associate. Moreover, they are a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform, Standard Edition 6, certified by Oracle.
