Juan Gabriel Silva is currently the Global Legal Affairs Manager at KEO World. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Associate at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria from 2018-2020, where they were a member of the Corporate/M&A and Banking, Finance and Capital Markets teams, providing advice on financial regulation, fintech, contractual and corporate matters, and M&A and credit contract structuring. From 2016-2018, they were an Associate at CMS Rodríguez-Azuero, where they provided financial regulatory advice to national and international clients and supported the Corporate, Commercial and Litigation teams. From 2015-2016, they were an Associate at DLA Piper, providing advice to national and international clients on all types of commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. From 2014-2015, they were a Junior Associate at Lloreda Camacho & Co., where they provided intellectual property advice to national and international clients on the registration of Patents and Marks in Colombia.

Juan Gabriel Silva began their educational journey in 1995 at Colegio Anglo Colombiano, where they earned their Bachiller Internacional in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Universidad de Los Andes and obtained an Abogado degree in Derecho. In 2012 and 2013, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they earned a degree in Derecho Internacional. Lastly, in 2016 and 2017, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and obtained an Especialista en Derecho Financiero y del Mercado de Capitales.
