Paola Andrea Lopez Nivia

Paola Andrea Lopez Nivia has worked in various roles since 2008. Paola Andrea began their career at Citi as an Operations Analyst, where they managed operational processes such as compensation for Visa/MasterCard/Credibanco/Redeban, merchant affiliations, tax report generation, dispute management, account and ATM reconciliations, COB processes, operational bulletins, SLAs, and process manuals. Paola Andrea also provided support for internal and external audits, fraud transaction reporting for credit and debit cards, and point redemption management. In 2018, they became a Fraud Risk Analyst - Point of Compromise at Scotiabank Colpatria. In 2019, they took on the role of Settlement Administrator at MO Technologies. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Financial Specialist at Keo World, where they monitor and supervises transactional compensation and project reconciliation processes, reviews and implements process improvements, and automates reconciliation processes using the Knime tool.
