Elaine Pitt

As Costs Technical Director, Elaine is responsible for the quality, strategic, and technical content of the costs service to clients. She has worked in costs for more than 20 years and has dealt with both high volume claims and high value claims up to the Privy Council level.

Her broad range of experience from both the claimant and defendant perspectives gives her the insight required to both anticipate and counter the many tactical avoidance measures often adopted by receiving parties in costs.
