Oliver Goodman

Oliver is a Partner in our Complex Injury Team based in Manchester. He specialises in large loss motor litigation with claim values up to £2 million. Oliver qualified in 2005 and has extensive experience in dealing with complex multi-track litigation for major insurer clients. He regularly deals with complex coverage/indemnity, liability and quantum issues. He has particular expertise in serious orthopaedic, chronic pain and brain injury cases. He has also achieved very considerable savings for clients through effective use of surveillance/ investigations and pleading fundamental dishonesty. Oliver has many years’ experience of catastrophic injury claims and has lectured many times on areas including motor insurance, pedestrian liability, rehabilitation and case management. He has built a reputation over the years for his commercial approach and rapport with clients.
