Sarah Stutchfield

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined Keoghs in May 2022 as a partner after 8 years at a defendant firm. She has extensive experience of EL, PL and occupational disease claims across a number of sectors. Her caseload has included chronic pain claims, slips/trips, workplace claims, and claims involving issues of fundamental dishonesty. She has dealt with claims ranging in value from fast track value to £2 million. She recently saved an insurer over £1.7 million in a claim involving significant fundamental dishonesty issues.

Sarah has acted for numerous composite insurers, large insureds and also acts for corporate clients on a nominated basis.

Sarah has often delivered seminars and bespoke training to clients and developed strategies with clients to reduce overall indemnity spend.
