Raymond McGinn

Raymond McGinn is an experienced professional in the railway industry, currently serving as Track Delivery Manager at KeolisAmey Docklands since December 2021, where responsibilities include oversight of the Docklands Light Railway Franchise. Prior to this role, Raymond held positions as Assistant Civil & Track Engineer from December 2014 to December 2021 and Technician at Serco Docklands between May 2005 and July 2014, both within the same franchise. Raymond began a career in rail with Trackwork Ltd as a Plate Layer from November 2000 to May 2005, working on the London Underground. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Civil Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2019, and received earlier education at The Sydney Russell School from 1992 to 1999.
