Miranda Dixon has extensive work experience in corporate communications, marketing, and events management. Miranda is currently the Director Corporate Communications at Keolis Downer. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Communications & Stakeholder Engagement at the same company. Miranda also worked as a Brand & Marketing Manager at BAE Systems Australia and as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Perks, where they played a key role in driving the strategic direction of the firm. Miranda earned a Bachelor of Social Science, Honours Degree in Strategic Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Miranda'sstudies at the university covered a diverse range of subjects including Marketing Management, Psychology, and Entrepreneurship.

In terms of additional certifications, Miranda obtained the Digital Marketing Circuit from General Assembly in March 2018. Miranda also obtained the Adobe InDesign Essentials certification from City Desktop Training in the same year, although the specific month is not provided. More recently, in December 2020, they became an associate member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).
