Sabrina Legue has extensive experience in the field of client support and training, currently serving as Responsable formation & Support Client at KEONYS, a Dassault Systèmes partner, since January 2008. Responsibilities include leading the client training initiatives, establishing a support and infrastructure team, and implementing multiple support offerings including Application Management Services (AMS) while introducing new ITIL processes.
