Pawel Plaza

Pawel Plaza is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Supply Chain Site Lead for the Retail Division at Kepak Group since October 2007, overseeing supply chain management for beef, lamb, and pork at the Cork site. Previous roles at Kepak include Production Scheduler & Labour Planner for the Slow Cooked Division and Yield Analyst & Production Planner for the Boning Hall. Earlier experience includes serving as Brew Master Assistant at Kielce Brewery and a Quality Control Intern at The Coca-Cola Company. Pawel holds a Masters Level 9 Specialist Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the University of Limerick, along with several certifications from the Association for Supply Chain Management, including CSCP and CPIM (Parts I & II), as well as a Master of Science in Applied Food Biotechnology from the University of Agriculture in Krakow, Poland.
