Steve Davies has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on technical, food safety, quality, hygiene, compliance, and environmental & sustainability functions. Steve has held various management positions at companies such as Kepak Group, Dunbia Group, Beacons Manufacturing Ltd, Brecon Foods, 2 Sisters Food Group, VION UK Red Meat Business Unit, St Merryn Foods, and St Merryn Meats Ltd. Steve has expertise in managing the end-to-end processing of red meat, offal materials, and other related products. Steve has also been involved in customer audits, complaints, specifications, and representing companies in a technical and quality capacity.

Steve Davies attended Rhymney Comprehensive School from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued A levels in Music Performance, General. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained various certifications. Steve completed the "ISO 22000:2018 - Elements of Food Safety Management System (FSMS)" certification from Alison - Empower Yourself in March 2022. Steve also obtained the "Food Service Excellence - Meat Cutting and Processing" certification from the same institution in January 2022. Furthermore, Steve acquired the "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" certification from Alison - Empower Yourself in August 2021. In the same year, they completed several certifications from Alison - Free Online Learning, including "Fundamentals of Six Sigma (6σ) - Six Sigma White Belt," "ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems (EMS)," "ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System (QMS)," "Kaizen Approach - Lean Methodology for Continuous Improvement," and "Manufacturing Strategy - Quality Management and Operational Excellence."
