Zoe O'Higgins

Zoe O'Higgins is a highly experienced professional in product development and technology, currently serving as a Senior Development Technologist at Kepak Group since July 2018, following roles as an NPD Technologist and Project Co-ordinator. Prior experience includes serving as an NPD Technologist at Irish Dog Foods Ltd. from June 2016 to July 2018 and working as an R&D Technologist at Glenhaven Quality Foods from February 2014 to June 2016. Zoe O'Higgins holds a Master's degree in Product Design from Technological University of the Shannon, a Postgraduate Diploma in Product Design Control from Limerick Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Food Science from University College Dublin. Educational background also includes attendance at Loreto College Foxrock from 2002 to 2008.
