Antoine Dereims

Antoine Dereims has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate finance and debt advisory. Antoine started their career at Crédit Agricole as a Coverage Intern in 2011. Antoine then moved to BNP Paribas, where they worked as an Intern in Project Finance EMEA from 2012 to 2013. At BNP Paribas, they also held multiple roles in the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure EMEA division, starting as an Analyst in 2014 and eventually becoming a VP in 2018.

In 2019, Antoine joined Kepler Cheuvreux as a VP in Corporate Finance / Debt Advisory. Antoine later progressed to the role of Executive Director in the same department.

Additionally, Antoine has served as an Expert member at Réseau Entreprendre® Suisse since 2022. Antoine has also worked as a Visiting Professor in Corporate Finance & financing solutions at TBS Education in 2023.

Antoine Dereims attended Swiss Board School from 2023 to 2024, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship Strategy from TBS Education, graduating in 2014. In 2011, they participated in the Post Graduate Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, focusing on Finance. Antoine also attended the University of Cambridge in 2009 for a Summer School program in British Politics. Antoine began their higher education journey at Lycée Pontus de Tyard, where they completed Classes préparatoires aux concours d'entrée aux grandes écoles de commerce (ECS) from 2008 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Antoine obtained an AMF Certification from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France in 2018, scoring 100%. In 2015, they received the MOOC Oil & Gas Achievement Certificate from IFP School.
