Erica K.

Erica K. has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Erica is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CREACHA - Creative Agency, where they lead a team of creative professionals and delivers solutions within budget and on time. Erica also serves as a Non Executive Director at Kepler & Co, a company developing software for learning management systems.

Prior to their current roles, Erica founded Social CREACHAs in 2018, a company focused on social impact through creativity. Erica was also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of OnePointFour Consulting from 2017 to 2022, where they utilized a scientific approach to design and developed innovative mobile and web applications.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Erica held leadership positions at various companies. Erica founded and served as the Managing Director of CREACHA from 2013 to 2020, and was the Director of MediaCREACHAs (Pty) Ltd from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they founded and managed Artwise Design (A division of North Ridge Alliance (Pty) Ltd) from 2006 to 2013.

Erica began their career as a Multimedia Designer at Primedia Interactive in 1995 and later served as the Creative Director at Interface media from 1998 to 2000. Erica also ran their own business, Artwise Design - Sole Prop, from 1995 to 2006.

Erica K. attended the Saheti School from 1981 to 1989, where they obtained their Matric degree. Following this, they enrolled at the University of the Witwatersrand from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued their Bachelor of Fine Art (Honors) degree with a focus on Fine Art.
