Huynh Minh Hai

Huynh Minh Hai is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and organization development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Keppel Ltd. since October 2022, Huynh Minh Hai plays a key role in global initiatives focused on holistic employee engagement across over 20 countries. Previously, Huynh Minh Hai held positions at Fusion Hotel Group, including Group Manager of People Development, where skills were honed in the hospitality sector. Additional experience includes roles in training and sales at Prudential Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. and various HR positions at AccorHotels and Furama Resort Danang. An MBA graduate from the University of Hull, Huynh Minh Hai has also completed entrepreneurial training at Arnhem Business School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Danang University of Science and Technology.
