Pablo Diez

Pablo D. Diana is a seasoned professional in property management and maintenance operations with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as Senior Service Manager at Greystar Property Management Services Ltd. since July 2023, Pablo has also held the same title at Greystar since September 2020. Prior to this, Pablo worked at Oakwood from September 2005 to January 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of maintenance departments across three properties, managing budgets, renovations, and capital improvements. Additionally, experience as Senior Maintenance Manager involved managing a 14-person maintenance team, overseeing facility management and preventive maintenance operations. Pablo began career as Chief Engineer at Oakwood Arlington from 2004 to 2005 and is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus, where studies took place between 2003 and 2006.
