Don Scifres

As President of Mergers, Acquisitions, Investments & Strategy, Don oversees all mergers and acquisitions made by Kerauno and its family of companies. In this role, Don provides corporate success and investment strategies, while scouting potential market opportunities.

Don brings more than 30 years’ experience, working with a wide range of companies including Fortune 200, mid-size, growth stage and startup firms. Don was also the co-founder of GP, the original Managing Partner of VisionTech Angels, with over 35 portfolio companies and more than $25 million invested to date. Don previously served on the board of directors Bloomerang, LLC, a donor management software company prior to the company accepting a strategic investment in September 2020 and has also served as a board member for several other technology firms.

Don also serves on the boards of directors for VisionTech Partners, a North American private equity firm, and the Lutheran Church Extension Fund, a $2.1 billion global financial services firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Purdue University and has completed executive education coursework at Cornell University and the University of Virginia. Don was honored in 2014 as a Distinguished Alumnus of Purdue University.
