Anna Stanyon

Anna Stanyon is the current Events Sales Coordinator at KERB. Prior to this, they worked as an Experience Coordinator with The Intern Group in London from March 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating international students’ pre-arrival logistics, induction, settlement, welfare and departure; keeping constant communication around participants' wellbeing and monitoring their positive experience in the city; scheduling, organising and executing an array of virtual and in-person events on a weekly basis; assisting the Country Manager with expectation management, accommodation logistics, conducting professional workshops, managing the program inbox and 24/7 emergency support; working closely with CRM system Salesforce, monitoring NPS targets and collating customer feedback via surveys and interviews; and managing and creating content for all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok).

Anna Stanyon's educational career includes a BA (Hons) in Drama and Dance from the Royal Holloway, University of London, as well as certification in Event Management at the Diploma level from The CPD Certification Service. Anna also has certification from Google Digital Garage in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, and from FutureLearn in Effective Fundraising and Leadership in Arts and Culture. Additionally, they have Event Marketing certification from Eventbrite, and Event Planning Foundations certification from LinkedIn Learning ⋅ Course Certificate. Finally, they have Event Sponsorship certification from Eventbrite, as well as Grades 6 (Bronze), 7 (Silver), and 8 (Gold) Medals in Musical Theatre (Distinction) from LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art). Anna is also Enhanced DBS Checked.
