Katherine Hlavac

Katherine Hlavac has a long and varied career in the field of user experience design. In 2011, they began working as a freelance UX Designer. In 2012, they joined AVAI Ventures as a UX Designer and T3 as a Senior UX Designer. In 2015, they worked as an Interaction Designer at frog and as a UX Instructor at General Assembly. Katherine then joined Critical Mass in 2017 as an Associate Director of Experience Design. In 2018, they moved to Huge as an Associate Director of Experience Design. In 2019, they took on a role as CMO & CDO at Kerberos Capital Management, LLC, as well as a Director of User Experience Design at projekt202. In 2022, they became the Executive Director of Siprut Foundation.

Katherine Hlavac completed their BFA Industrial Design from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2011, with a field of study in Industrial and Product Design. Katherine also obtained a certification from SUPS - Turnov in 2007, with a field of study in Gold smith and Fine art. Additionally, they also hold a NN/g UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
