Jay Whitt

Jay Whitt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jay is currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Kerecis since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Organogenesis from 2018 to 2020. From 2014 to 2018, they held multiple positions at Alliqua BioMedical, Inc., including Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager.

Before their tenure at Alliqua BioMedical, Whitt worked at Shire Regenerative Medicine as a Senior Territory Manager from 2013 to 2014. Jay also gained valuable experience at Integra LifeSciences as a Senior Orthopaedic Reconstruction & Extremity Sales Representative from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their medical sales roles, Whitt has a background in commercial real estate. Jay served as the President/CEO Broker-in-Charge at Whitt Realty, Inc. from 2008 to 2009 and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Hull Storey Retail Group, LLC from 2006 to 2007.

Whitt's earliest professional experience can be traced back to their involvement with Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, where they held the position of Alumni Alpha Chapter College of Charleston from 1999 to 2004.

Jay Whitt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the College of Charleston from 1999 to 2004. In 2008 to 2009, they attended the American Institute of Medical Sales, where they graduated with a degree in Medical Sales. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with majors in Business Administration, Management, Operations, and Business/Managerial Economics from the College of Charleston between 2000 and 2004.
