Sébastien Vandervannet is an experienced executive in operations and transformation with a diverse background spanning multiple industries and leadership positions. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Kereis since May 2024, Vandervannet oversees operations, IT, and transformation across France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating & Transformation Officer at SCC, where management encompassed supply chain, IT, and corporate strategy, and as Executive Vice President of Client Operations at Malakoff Humanis, overseeing extensive client operations. Vandervannet has a strong history in operational efficiency, digital transformation, and business model optimization, with earlier roles at Société Générale and Capgemini Invent focusing on outsourcing strategies and project management. Vandervannet holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Strathclyde.
