Dominique Downs

Dominique Downs has a diverse work experience in sales and law. In 2001, they started their career as a lawyer at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, where they worked until 2004. Afterwards, they joined Hydro-Québec as a lawyer before moving on to Safilo in 2005. At Safilo, Dominique held several roles, starting as a Sales Representative and gradually moving up to become a Regional Sales Manager and later a Sales & Operations Director. In 2015, they became the Country Head at Safilo before eventually joining Kering Eyewear in 2016 as the VP of Sales.

Dominique Downs completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Barreau du Quebec in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Sherbrooke, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, they obtained a DEC sciences pures from André-Grasset between 1995 and 1997. Their education journey began at College Bourget from 1990 to 1995, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
