Francesca Roman has diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, brand management, and business analysis. Francesca began their career as a Business Analyst at Value Partners Management Consulting, where they worked from October 2005 to February 2007. Francesca then joined L'Oréal, where they held various positions, including Product Manager from March 2007 to January 2009, Senior Product Manager from February 2009 to September 2010, Group Marketing Manager from September 2010 to October 2013, and Retail Business Development Manager from October 2013 to October 2014. Currently, Francesca is working at Kering Eyewear, where they started in October 2014 as a Global Brand Manager, then became a Senior Brand Manager in North America from October 2017 to March 2022, and currently holds the position of Product Marketing Director for North America since April 2022.
