Sandra Berto is a seasoned professional in human resources and analytics with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and People Analytics Manager at Kering Eyewear since June 2023, Sandra previously held multiple roles at Banca Ifis from January 2014 to November 2023, including Total Reward & Controlling Senior Manager and Staff Chief Operations Officer. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst and SAP Business Warehouse Consultant. Sandra holds a degree in Statistica per l'Impresa from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, along with an earlier degree in Statistica ed Informatica per la Gestione delle Imprese from the same institution.
