Baudouin Prot is a former CEO and Chairman of BNP Paribas, having played a key role in its transformation into the first bank in the Eurozone. Baudouin joined BNP in 1983 and served as Group Deputy CEO from 1999, leading the acquisition of Paribas, before becoming Group CEO from 2003 to 2011. As Chairman from 2011 to 2014, Baudouin continued to influence the financial sector. Currently, Baudouin is the Senior Advisor at BCG and the Non-Executive Chairman of FONCIA, while also holding board positions at Alstom and Kering. Baudouin is an Officer of the Legion of Honour and an alumnus of both HEC Paris and ENA.
