Cyril Haziza

Cyril Haziza currently serves as the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Kering, leading the development of a comprehensive Cybersecurity practice, including the establishment of a 40-person Cybersecurity department and the implementation of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Resilience practices. Previously, Cyril held the same title at AXA, where responsibilities included managing a team of 180 FTEs, overseeing security budgets exceeding €30 million, and transforming the organization’s security strategy across 15 countries. Prior roles also include Chief Information Security Officer for L'Oréal in the EMEA region and Head of Infrastructure Security at Credit Agricole CIB, with a consistent focus on risk management, compliance, and advancing security practices. Cyril's educational background includes a Master's degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil and an engineering diploma from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, complemented by various certifications and training in aeronautics and strategic intelligence.
