Francesco Marconi

Francesco Marconi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in shared services and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Shared Service for Italy and the UK at Kering since June 2015, Francesco has successfully established a shared services organization to support emerging brands and has led the redesign of financial processes to enhance compliance, controls, and digital capabilities. Prior to Kering, Francesco held various positions at GE Oil & Gas, contributing to intercompany transactions, closing processes, and cost management. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
