Raffaella Cornaggia began her career at L’Oréal before joining Chanel Parfums Beauté. In 2008, she joined Estée Lauder Companies as Marketing Director of its EMEA region for Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty. Raffaella then moved to Asia where she was appointed Senior Director, Brand Development for Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty, and later promoted Vice President and General Manager for MAC Cosmetics in the region. In 2017, she moved to New York where she spearheaded the development of the Travel Retail business worldwide for Estée Lauder and Aerin, as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Later, in 2020, she became International Senior Vice President and General Manager for both brands, heading up their global business outside the United States and Canada.
Raffaella Cornaggia joined Kering in 2023, as CEO of Kering Beauté. She is tasked with developing the Group’s expertise in the Beauty category for Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato and Qeelin.
Raffaella Cornaggia is an Italian national and a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan.
