Rajinder Sethi

Rajinder Sethi is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Middle East & Africa at Kering since December 2020, Rajinder oversees HRSS management and ensures compliance with local labor laws for multiple luxury retail brands across six countries. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources & Administration at Petrochem Middle East FZE, where Rajinder developed and drove global HR strategies, and Manager of Human Resources at Kingdom Hotel Investments, managing HR functions for employees across the MENA and Asia regions. Rajinder's career began at Alstom Power as a Project Leader focused on process improvement and internal controls.
