Bhogendra Mishra

Bhogendra Mishra currently serves as the Region Head of Human Resources for the Middle East & Africa at Holcim since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bhogendra was the Regional Head of Human Resources for Asia and ACC at LafargeHolcim & ACC Limited from March 2018 to September 2022, and the Head of Human Resources for India between June 2015 and February 2018. Bhogendra's extensive experience includes positions at ArcelorMittal as Corporate HR, BILT as Head HR, Dumex as Head HR, Whirlpool Corporation as Director-HR, Philips India as GM HR, and Tata Steel as Manager HR, spanning several decades in the human resources field. Educationally, Bhogendra holds a degree in Physical Sciences from St. Xavier's College and a diploma from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
