Steven Bywater

Steven Bywater (白玉勇) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and brand management across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the North Asia Regional Director for Kering Beauté since July 2025, Steven plays a crucial role in expanding APAC brand presence, including Creed and Bottega Veneta. Previously, as Business Development Manager for Creed from November 2021 to July 2025, Steven managed a diverse portfolio across multiple countries. Other notable positions include Asia Marketplaces Manager at Science in Sport Group and Ecommerce Manager at Miller Harris Perfumer London, showcasing expertise in online trading and strategy. Steven holds a BA (Hons) in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of Leeds and has engaged in guest lecturing on Chinese consumer trends at the London College of Fashion.
