Laura Bruno

Laura Bruno has extensive experience in the food and nutrition sectors, currently serving as Référent performance industrielle at KERMENE since January 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Chef de projet R&D at SOCIÉTÉ BRETONNE DE VOLAILLE from July 2019 to December 2022, and Chargée de projet R&D at CHARAL from September 2018 to July 2019. Laura's background includes various roles in research and development at Mowi France, progressing from technicienne to assistante in 2017-2018. Earlier, Laura gained experience as a diététicienne through internships at Cuisine centrale de Bègles, CHIC RDD, and CH Vauclaire, focusing on nutrition management and dietary analysis.
