Sylvain BESCOND has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry, currently serving as Responsable Qualité Multisites for KERMENE since September 2018, overseeing quality for pork and beef across six industrial sites, focusing on charcuterie cuite. Prior to this role, Sylvain held multiple quality management positions at EURALIS from April 2013 to September 2018, including Responsable Qualité Multisites for both the "Filière Traiteur" and "pôle alimentaire." Previous experience includes serving as Responsable Qualité Sécurité Environnement at RONSARD - GROUPE TRISKALIA from December 2011 to March 2013, and a long tenure from 1998 to 2011 where Sylvain was responsible for quality and R&D. Sylvain’s career began with an assistant quality role at LDC Groupe from 1994 to 1997.
