Currently serving as the Visiting Executive for Strategic Research and Innovative Design at California Community Colleges and the Associate Vice Chancellor of Analytics & Innovation at Kern Community College District, Craig Hayward has a proven track record of enhancing student engagement and success through data-driven initiatives. Previous roles include Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at Bakersfield College, Director of Planning at Irvine Valley College, and Director of Institutional Research at Mendocino College. With a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine and a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University, Craig Hayward has demonstrated expertise in applying research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve educational outcomes.
