Gary Moser

Gary Moser is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience in education and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Kern Community College District since September 2016, Moser provides vision and direction for IT services aligned with the institution's mission. Prior to this role, Moser held multiple prominent positions including Chief Technology Officer at Sierra College, Director of Enterprise Networks at Butte College, and various adjunct and faculty positions at universities such as National University, University of Phoenix, California State University, Chico, and University of California, San Diego. Moser's background includes a robust military career as Automated Information Systems Chief in the United States Marine Corps, along with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Maryland.
