Cherie Payne

Cherie Payne is an experienced professional in human resources and staff development, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Staff Development at the Kern County Superintendent of Schools since July 2010. Previously, Cherie held multiple roles including Office Manager, Account Manager, and Benefit Technician at Self Insured Schools of California from November 2004 to July 2010. Earlier in the career, Cherie worked in various positions at Pepsi Bottling Group from June 1996 to November 2004. Cherie holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
